Wouter helped us with the sale of our house at Kluijskenslaan in Santpoort-Zuid and with the purchase of our new home at Kennemerweg in Bloemendaal. Of course he has knowledge of the local market and can give appropriate advice, but the best thing about the collaboration was that he is always so easy to reach, is very flexible and works quickly.
Wouter: Jan and Annemarie had a wonderful family home in Santpoort-Zuid, but wanted more space and a bigger garden. All this should be not too far from their current home so that they didn’t have to turn their lives upside down. We found a semi-detached house which needed a full renovation within 500 meters down the road. They have now completed the house and we have sold their house in Santpoort-Zuid before it came on the market.

"We vonden een volledig te renoveren 2 onder 1 kapwoning op nog geen 500 meter afstand. Deze hebben ze inmiddels helemaal aangepakt en hun huis in Santpoort-Zuid hebben we voor de markt uit verkocht."
